One of Kairo's puppies and our first exposure to the dog world. Excellent at obedience, though temperament was unfortunately not his best attribute. Put to rest at just over 18 months of age — and the reason excellent temperament has sat at the top of our list ever since.

Bred by Kaye and Wayne Frick. Temperament: excellent. Conformation: not so excellent — but better than some. With hard work and perseverance Duke gained his Championship title at almost four years of age, and taught us a great deal along the way.

Blackcombe The Chatterbox

At 15 months Aggi ruptured a cruciate ligament, and five weeks after surgery — just when things were looking good — the other one went. Putting her to sleep remains one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but it was the right one. Missed forever.

Given to me by Doug Mummery of Heatherglen Kennels after the loss of Aggi — "you have to have a dog, it will help you mend." A wise man. Tilly became the foundation of my breeding, and her faults were carefully answered through sires chosen with the help of Robyn Rogers (Smyth) of Muzairib Rottweilers.

Sheri lived with our very good friends Kathy, Rob, Kelly and Jasmine Willson, as she and Tilly did not see eye to eye. She shared a kennel with Monty, Muzairib Urban Cowboy, and was thoroughly loved.

The first born under the Schwartzhund prefix — Puppy in Show at the 1996 Rottweiler National, over 400 challenge points, and CD, ET and BH titles to her name. A bitch with a beautiful demeanour who loved to please, and the most enjoyable girl to work. Cashel was, and always will be, My Girl — loved and missed forever.
